The train is a viable option, Eurostar to Paris and then to Pamiers via Toulouse , we can pick up from Pamiers (25 mins).

As well as the cheaper airlines shown above don't ignore BA and Air France booked ahead these can be quite competitive and have connecting flights from airports not directly served by the other airlines. eg Newcastle to Paris to Toulouse
